Terms of service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the MoraNest online store, including purchases made through the store. By visiting the store, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them.

MoraNest is an independently operated online store based in Vietnam. The store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer products and services.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must have the legal capacity required in your place of residence to make a purchase or must use the store with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use the store or its content for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes, introduce malicious code, attempt to disrupt the store, or violate the rights of MoraNest or another party.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, materials, dimensions, availability, and images accurately. Screens and lighting conditions can affect how colors appear. Minor variation in measurements, texture, or appearance may occur where it does not materially change the product.

The MoraNest blanket is made from polyester material designed to provide a faux-rabbit-fur feel. It is not represented as genuine rabbit fur.

We may update product information, correct errors, limit quantities, change prices, or discontinue products without prior notice. Any material change affecting an existing accepted order will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment failure, delivery restrictions, or violation of these Terms. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

You are responsible for checking the selected product options and providing accurate contact, billing, and delivery information.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the store. Taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other applicable charges will be handled as stated at checkout and in the Shipping Policy.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the total displayed at checkout.

6. Shipping, Tracking, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping estimates, tracking procedures, address responsibilities, and delivery limitations are described in our Shipping Policy.

Return eligibility, damaged or incorrect item claims, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

7. Third-Party Fulfillment and Services

MoraNest may use third-party suppliers, fulfillment centers, carriers, payment providers, analytics services, advertising services, and other providers to operate the store and complete orders.

Some packages may be shipped directly by an international fulfillment partner. MoraNest remains the customer’s point of contact for questions about purchases made from the MoraNest store.

Third-party services can also be governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites or services that are not controlled by MoraNest, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

8. Intellectual Property

The MoraNest name, store design, original text, graphics, logos, and other store content are owned by or licensed to MoraNest and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from protected store content.

9. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, photograph, video, comment, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights.

You grant MoraNest a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, adapt, and use the submitted content for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable privacy and consumer-protection laws. We may remove unlawful, misleading, abusive, or irrelevant content but are not required to publish every submission.

10. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or delivery by an exact date unless expressly stated otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, consumer guarantee, or other right that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoraNest will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of the store or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This section does not limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, mandatory consumer protections, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify MoraNest against third-party claims and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful misuse of the store, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.

13. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or materially harmful conduct. Obligations and liabilities arising before termination will continue where appropriate.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreement with MoraNest are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights applicable in the customer’s country or region of residence.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect operational, service, or legal changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights already accrued under an accepted order where prohibited by law.
